HLArepo is the public repository of HLA allele and haplotype classifications published by the Clinical Genome Resource (ClinGen). Each classification describes the relationship between an HLA allele or haplotype and a disease, based on the published evidence.
Expert curators weigh the evidence in the HLA Curation Interface (HCI). A classification appears in HLArepo once it has been approved and published. HLArepo keeps the full history of each classification, and all of its data is free to browse and download.
HLArepo and the HCI are developed and maintained by the Stanford University contingent of the Clinical Genome Resource project.
